Every year we see wedding trends change and move from one style to another and that constant wave of inspiration and creativity is what we live for. This summer and coming seasons look for more moody vibes and have fun embracing a more romantic side to design.
For our summer wedding inspiration we enlisted the help of local designer, Leslie Price of Leslie Dawn Events, to help bring this vision to life. We love the concept of a light and airy tablescape while still finding ways to incorporate color. Leslie drew inspiration from lush gardens with beautiful blooms and overgrown vines. She accentuated the lavender and dusky blue tones with glowing candlelight that set the romantic ambiance.
To get this look combine long wooden tables softened by a romantic flowing runner, fresh cut florals and draping greens to emulate the perfect secret garden trend. Don’t be afraid to let things get a little dark. We love the contrast between the light + deeper shades.
